The Love Quarantine

What a whirlwind of a March this has been for not only us but the entire world! Here in Ukraine, we have been on quarantine for 12 full days now and yesterday began lockdown. There are not many cases here in Ukraine, but it’s growing daily. About 50% of the population in Ukraine works out of the country and all those workers are being brought home by the thousands from the hotspots of the virus. So… we pray…..
Sunday worship service online!!!
While we have been quarantined we have been using the time to do all the projects we have never had time to do over the past, say 10 years!!!! We are deep cleaning, purging, reorganizing, organizing the storage areas and supplies, prepping the land for planting, planting and enjoying some down time as a family. The first two days we had a lot of of moans and groans about not being able to go anywhere, but today there’s not even the question and when we are not busy, the kids are bored and don’t know what to do with their free-time!
URGENT NEED

We have been raising funds to help get the kitchen up and running in the crisis center in order to provide a hot meal for those in need. But, we’ve decided not to wait for the kitchen in the crisis center, since the situation with COVID-19 has escalated and there are so many that aren’t able to leave their homes. Therefore, we will start by making meals in our kitchen at the house and transporting them to the elderly and others who are not able to get out especially during the quarantine due to a compromised immune system, age or physical inability. Would any of you be willing to help provide a meal for someone or a family? The cost per meal is $4 and we are hoping to do this as often as finances allow us to. Please pray and if you feel led to help in anyway, we would be so grateful!

Praying health blessings and the protection of the Lord over each of you during this time. With love from Ukraine, Ruslan, Archie and all the kids
