PRAYER REQUEST

A dear friend of ours was a part of worship team that released a live album (forgive me Nathan if we’re wrong in this, it’s a blessing regardless). One of the songs has become a family favorite of ours and it is called – Place at Your Table. It talks about feasting of our Lord’s goodness and that He makes a place for us and makes room for us to sit and feast with Him and sing of all He has done in our lives! 

Today, a local orphanage called and asked us if we would take two children for the holidays, a brother and sister, 5 and 10. The director of the orphanage said they could not send them to their parents because the last time they were home the mother lost the little 5 year old.   So, we make place at our table for two more precious souls that the Lord has given us the honor to love even if it’s for a short while. 

Also, on Friday we take our two newest members of our family, Katya and Yura! Our table keeps growing! 

We ask for your prayers for our family as we open our hearts, home and lives. We ask for prayers for each of these children as they adjust to new people, new fears, new emotions and new lives. That the Lord would provide all they need, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
