HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!

We have so much to be thankful for in our lives and this year, we are realizing more and more the power of giving thanks to the One who gives! Every morning we read a devotional with the kids and the theme for this year is simply giving thanks in everything we do, for everything we have, during any circumstance of life, all the joy and sadness and most of all for the love of our Father.  

Local Crisis Center

A couple of months ago our Pastor, Igor, and Ruslan went to our city mayor in search of a piece of property that they would be willing to let us use/purchase for opening a Crisis Center for families/individuals in need of food, clothing, school supplies, bedding, etc.  As well as having a soup kitchen and the ability to help those that are homeless or in need of shelter for a short time.  

I’m not sure why we are always so surprised at how the Lord provides!  The government gave us a place that is over 350 square meters on a rent to own option, where the rent is literally less than $40/month! Today, Thanksgiving Day, we went to the property to plan out, pray and give thanks!

Here in the next month we will give ways you can all help, but most of all we are asking for your prayers!
